One person was killed and another arrested this morning following a multi-car accident that occurred on eastbound Highway 237 in Sunnyvale, according to the CHP.
The accident happened near the Lawrence Expressway exit and was reported after 2 a.m. Ffour cars were involved in the accident, according to CHP officer John Short.
No information as yet been released on the name or gender of the person killed in the accident. There was no information being released about the person arrested.
Highway 237 was closed for about three hours for the investigation in the collision. All lanes were reopened at 5:37 a.m.
