Earlier this week, a big-rig crash in San Jose had portions of Interstate Highway 880 closed during rush hour. ABC Channel Seven News reported that the collision happened at about 8:30 a.m. on Highway 880, just north of Brokaw Road. At this time, very little information on the cause of this collision has been released. We do know that an 18-wheeler apparently spun out and struck multiple vehicles.
A Sig-alert was issued and all southbound lanes were closed until after 10:00 a.m. We don’t know whether or not anybody was injured in this crash or the extent of injuries involved.
