The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has just issued a press release regarding 28 different defective products that were sold by Home Depot after recalls were announced. These items were recalled between 2012 and 2015 and involved about 2,310 units, including about 1,300 sold to consumers and 1,010 sold to salvagers or recyclers who could have sold them to consumers. Consumers are urged to stop using the products immediately and contact the recalling firms to receive a refund, replacement or repair of the faulty item. Listed below are the items in question.

Defective Products in The House
Consumers expect the products available to them at trusted retailers like Home Depot to be safe. While we might expect faulty or defective products to slip under the radar before a problem is brought to the attention of manufacturers and retailers, there’s no excuse for a major store chain like Home Depot to continue selling defective products long after safety recalls have been issued. To determine which models and model years are impacted, check the CPSC’s website for more information. If you or somebody you love has been injured due to a defective or faulty product, contact Alexander Law Group, LLP at 888.777.1776 for a free consultation.
