On Saturday morning, a fatal wreck involving a pedestrian happened on Interstate Highway 280 in San Francisco. According to ABC Channel Seven News, the wreck happened sometime before 5:50 a.m., near the U.S. Highway 101 connector. Although very little information has been released about the wreck, we do know that at least one person was killed. A Sig-alert was issued as CHP troopers and crews worked the scene.
