A 27-year-old man from San Bruno was killed early Saturday morning when he crashed his motorcycle on Highway 101 in San Francisco, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident occurred just after 1 a.m. when an as yet unidentified man crashed a Suzuki sport bike while traveling south toward the transition to eastbound Interstate 80.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The CHP is investigating the cause of the crash, which temporarily shut down Highway 101 between Octavia Boulevard and Van Ness Avenue.
