On Sunday morning, two teens had to be rescued from a crash that happened in Oakland. ABC Channel Seven News reports that their vehicle went over a cliff near Fish Ranch Road and Grizzly Peak Boulevard sometime before 11:38 a.m. They were apparently heading down East Bay Road when for unknown reasons, their vehicle left the roadway. The vehicle was overturned and the roof was crushed.
First responders were able to hoist one of the teens up a hill, but the other teen had to be airlifted out of the ravine. They were both taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries including cuts, bruises and broken bones.
